PTS-DOS 2000 Pro is a nice DOS, with the most prominent features being small size and fast speed. It fully supports various FAT12, FAT16, FAT32 partitions, large hard drives, etc. The following provides its boot disk (this is a cracked version, without any usage restrictions):
