I'm studying computer science at a technical secondary school. The coursework includes the FOXBASE database, QBASIC, etc. Recently something really infuriating happened: somebody had nothing better to do and, during computer lab time, randomly deleted other people's files. All the database files in the WYY folder I created are gone. That guy even thinks he's highly skilled and brags everywhere that he's a hacker. Disgusting! Our machines use a DOS environment, and they're all connected on a LAN. Please give me an idea for encrypting or hiding my folder (or files). Thanks!
