Use ATA.SYS... It's in ROM-DOS 7.10.

I installed ROM-DOS 7.10 on the floppy drive, but why can't I see ATA.SYS????

ATA.SYS is in the full installation edition of ROM-DOS 7.10. It isn't in the ROM-DOS boot disk.
