Help: After booting with DOS7.10, using DUSE 4.9 I can see the drive letter, but I can't see the contents of the CD-ROM.

It seems it has to be used together with other device drivers. I used DUSE.EXE, USBASPI.SYS, and DI1000DD.SYS together before I could read a USB hard disk.

DUSE only supports USB chips from Cypress—at least that's what its official documentation says.
If you're using USBASPI.SYS and Di1000DD.SYS, then there's no need to use DUSE.

But in fact that's not the case. Some of us have successfully used it to drive many other types of USB hard disks.

When I set up the USB hard disk driver in CONFIG。SYS, using only USBASPI.SYS and DI1000DD.SYS doesn't seem to work; I absolutely have to have DUSE.EXE.

I've never had DUSE work properly, but USBASPI and DI1000DD work every time for me
