I used a Win98 boot disk to install Win3.2 onto a virtual disk, but it won't start. It says it's incompatible with the current MS-DOS. What's the reason for this? How can I fix it?

Just boot with an MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk, then Windows 3.x/9x will start OK.
