I set the USB drive to USB-FD mode, then copied the files from the DOS 7.1 boot disk onto the USB drive. When booting the computer from the USB drive, I can start normally using the first menu item. I want to use the third item to boot so that the USB and NTFS drivers will be loaded, but it gives an error. I've tried for a long time.

Since I'm not very familiar with DOS, I really don't know where the problem is. I hope I can get everyone's help!

After loading duse.exe, it can't find the path to command.com, and some of the USB device drivers executed afterward also show as not found. I simplified config.sys as much as possible, but after loading this driver it still says it can't find the path to command.com. My config.sys is as follows:
DEVICE=HIMEM.SYS
DEVICE=DUSE.EXE INT EMU CDW=3 DDW=3 XFER=32 DRIVES=2 CDD=USB-CD
DEVICE=EMM386.EXE NOEMS

But it fails when it gets to the second line

If you want to drive the USB flash drive, then delete DUSE.

If I delete it, can it still drive a USB hard disk?

The following is quoted from hzxyj's post at 2003-9-22 1:19:52:

It mainly depends on the USBASPI that comes later. DUSE is only useful for certain USB drives.
