No. Please upgrade the system to PC-DOS 7.10, or use MS-DOS 7.10, ROM-DOS 7.10, FreeDOS, etc.; all support FAT32.

I'd still recommend using MS-DOS 7.10
But after the FAT32 driver comes out, then it will be possible... |

MS-DOS 7.10 does not support hard disks over 64g very well
