Usually there will only be one floppy drive, and in that case it becomes drive B:. If you have two floppy drives, then under MS-DOS drive A: becomes B:, and B: becomes the last drive. Under FreeDOS it seems B: is just gone.

What are you using to make it boot? If it's EasyBoot, then use the software useflp. If you're using a boot disk directly, then it's just as the moderator said. For Diskemu, use some software too, but I forgot the name.
