Usage:
regview registry file
For example:
regview system.dat
regview system

Please back up your registry file before editing

Although it's not very convenient to use, it's better than nothing

3.90alpha version supports Chinese,
3.89 version does not

Version 3.89 can do it too. Use the oa on its homepage to generate an oem file, then rename it to regview.oem and add it into 3.89, and that'll do.

I knew about it long ago. There's a 4.0 version now, and if you load a Chinese character support system it can display Chinese characters.
