I’m using the Super Universal MSDOS boot disk. Why is it that after entering DUSE。EXE I still can’t see the USB hard drive? Please advise

Try using motto hairu, it’s very easy to use. Better than DUSE. But you need to modify the configuration file. Guaranteed to satisfy you.
Don’t forget to say something nice about me in front of the moderator hehe!
Also, under DOS the command to use DUSE is: DUSELDR A：\DUSE.EXE

He already said above, if DUSE doesn’t work then don’t use DUSE.
Use:
DEVICE=USBASPI.SYS /R
DEVICE=DI1000DD.SYS
My boot disk has had these for a long time.

Wasn’t Motto Hairu also on that boot disk??? That is, files like USBASPI.SYS, etc.
