QBasic 4.5 1M link OK, I suggest changing the description. QB4.5, when calling Allegro,
is just as powerful. Qbasic 7.1 link OK GWBASIC 3.22 link OK Power Basic 3.2 bad link, I suggest only introducing it, after all it's a trial version. Turbo Basic 1.0 bad link. Visual Basic 1.0 bad link MoonRock 0.5 OK KaffePC 1.0 OK, I suggest stating its minimum memory requirement. 8M MASM 6.11 OK NBASM 0.25 Why not use NASM???????????????????? Turbo Assembler OK. Turbo C 2.0 Chinese-localized edition is broken, I suggest not providing this download anymore. In real mode HUGE mode it can barely run, and besides, the teaching materials all use the English menus. Turbo C++ 3.0 OK, note that it does not support STL, so people won't misunderstand. Microsoft C++ 7.0 OK, could you list its compatibility list? Borland C++ 3.1 11.4M likewise does not support STL. Watcom C/C++ 11.0 bad link, it should be noted that it almost has no documentation support anymore. DJGPP C/C++ 2.03 OK, but the second address in the description is wrong. The path changed. All documentation support is in English. Allegro 4.14 bad link, it should be noted that its documentation has extensive Chinese support. FoxBase 2.1 Chinese-localized edition untested FoxPro 2.6 good link, Turbo Pascal 7.0 bad link. Free Pascal 1.06 bad link. |

Replace watcom c 11.0 with open watcom! www.openwatcom.org, it's now version 1.0, based on watcom c 11.c, open source. 1.1 should be out soon. If you want to install it under dos, you need to download the separate zip packages one by one (but wasm.exe was accidentally left out of 1.0).

Not bad, everything can be downloaded now.
However, there are still two small problems: 1. DJGPP still points to only one package. I suggest explaining that it should include a list of the packages needed to compile C, and a list of the packages needed to compile C and C++, and also mention its multi-compiler capability (supports ADA, FORTAN, OBJECT C ), so that many DJGPP-related questions won't show up on the forum. 2. Add a note for OPENWATCOM explaining that it is partially open source. That will do. |
