Replace watcom c 11.0 with open watcom! www.openwatcom.org, it's now version 1.0, based on watcom c 11.c, open source. 1.1 should be out soon. If you want to install it under dos, you need to download the separate zip packages one by one (but wasm.exe was accidentally left out of 1.0).

Not bad, everything can be downloaded now.

However, there are still two small problems:
1. DJGPP still points to only one package. I suggest explaining that it should include a list of the packages needed
to compile C, and a list of the packages needed to compile C and C++, and also mention its multi-compiler capability (supports ADA, FORTAN, OBJECT C
), so that many DJGPP-related questions won't show up on the forum.
2. Add a note for OPENWATCOM explaining that it is partially open source. That will do.
