Hehe, actually if you read the English above you'll understand: the first is the structure of a normal CD, the second is the structure of a single-boot CD, and the third is the structure of a multi-boot CD.
I don't know the specific details very well either, I'm just about to go look for some stuff to read

CD-ROMs just have lots of space, such a waste of space...
The order doesn't seem to be marked very clearly,, but it's very good as an illustration (it needs an article)
