Can any expert tell me how to set it in a Windows shortcut so that it can start another program?? Thanks!!!

Right-click the corresponding shortcut, click Properties in the shortcut menu that pops up, then in the “Properties” dialog box that opens select the “Shortcut” tab, and then enter the corresponding program's command line in the “Target” and “Start in” fields below. Note: here, the “Target” field is the full path to the executable file, while the “Start in” field is the directory path where that executable file is located. Finally, just click the “OK” button and that's it.
