Yesterday I downloaded that DOS 7.1 installation disk here. Today I took it to test the CD-ROM drive. My laptop is an R100.
I used an ASUS COMBO and a BUSLINK COMBO, and both could be detected, but after they were found,
various file errors appeared, and then it couldn't call the COMMANDO.COM file. It went straight to A>
What's going on?? Could it be that the R100 just can't handle other CD-ROM drives???
