Finally got it downloaded, but how do I put it onto a CD?
：（What I downloaded is a .rar, I thought it would be an .iso
If I click install, it can only install to the hard disk.。。。。

Use UltraISO.

But it seems to me this winpe isn't very useful, not as good as ERD Commander 2002。

Can I use nero? After extracting the rar file, do I burn it directly to the CD? What kind of software is ERD Commander 2002, and where can I download it?

Use UltraISO for iso, and nero to burn it to CD.

ERD Commander 2002 is a Windows interface that runs in WINPE.

Then after extracting the RAR-compressed WIN PE, how do I burn it to a CD and make it a boot disk?

But what I get after extracting the RAR archive is something like the files and directories on a WIN XP installation CD. The SETUP.EXE file can't run under WIN98 either. The readme says it's the Windows OEM Preinstallation Kit. I don't know whether after burning it to a CD it can run from the CD. Where can I download one with an ISO file?

Carefully check the extension of this WinPE before extracting it, because Winrar supports ISO files, and on the computer ISO files also show up looking like Winrar format, so it's possible that you directly extracted the contents from the ISO file.

Mine is the same too!! I strongly agree with the question from the poster above!
After extracting it, I also got something like a winxp installer package (of course with some other files too). After running the installer (I installed it to d:\OPKTools), inside d:\OPKTools there is another installer package. Click install again, and some configuration options appear, and I don't really understand what they mean.
Could some expert explain it step by step? Thanks ：）
