I tried uploading several times and it kept failing. Uploading small files is fine, but 1MB files just won't go through.

This version doesn't seem very stable. After using it, I felt there were a lot of bugs. The one another netfriend uploaded last time, although it showed version 5.0, could also support long filenames, and it was more stable than this one. I wonder what everyone thinks?

Actually, from what I've observed, the only difference between the real 5.5 version and that "5.0 version" is that the "5.0" text in the files was changed to "5.5", that's all..

Wengier, have you noticed that in this NC5.5 version, the dialog box looks abnormal when editing extension associations?
Also, after running some TSRs inside NC, does the command history also get messed up and so on? The version from last time didn't have these prob
lems. The English version you modified from the German version also has these issues, but the version from last time that showed as 5.0 didn't have any of them.

The NC5.5 here is an official one. NC5.5 can support long filenames (run DOSLFN, and also set NC5.5's display option to "WIDE"

I remember SYMANTEC's NC only went up to 5.5. Is there really a 6.0? Can you upload it?

Attachments are restricted here now, they can't be over 200k. Uploading software over 2MB is really troublesome.
