What can be used to make a readme.exe file? I mean the kind that can display text content when run under DOS.
(Preferably a Chinese one.) Can it be edited under DOS? Asking the experts for help. |

In the software download section there are downloads for the creation tools TXT2EXEC and STC v2.2.

You can use software such as STTE released by Jingwei Software Studio, TTE developed by Mr. Li Zhiming, as well as VTTE, TTENT, and others.
