I originally had a Win98 and Win2000 dual-boot system installed. Recently I uninstalled 98, but the boot menu still appears. How do I delete it, experts? Thanks!

Manually delete the corresponding entries in the batch file and configuration file.

Boot with a Win98 boot disk, then type SYS C: and that's it.

Open the boot.ini file in the root directory of c: (it seems to have the hidden attribute), change the timeout entry to timeout=0, and the menu won't appear; it will boot directly into the default system. You can also make the corresponding changes to the contents under . This part is different for everyone, but it's easy to understand, so just take a look and change it yourself.
