How should I do it? My current system is 2003. Do I have to reinstall Win98, make the USB flash drive into a bootable version, and then use WinImage to put the IMG file onto the USB flash drive? Moderator, please help.

A DOS boot disk on a USB flash drive has to be made under 98, so only if 98 is installed can you make a USB flash drive boot disk. My method is to use the utility that came with the USB flash drive under Win98 to make a boot disk (mine is Lenovo Tianlü). Then use Wininage to extract all the files from the Super DOS7.1 boot disk to a temporary directory (extract with paths), and then copy the files inside to the USB flash drive and overwrite the original files. I'm using it right now.
