I don't know whether DOS has a command with a similar function? Also, how do you move folders under DOS? For files, there are ready-made commands for these functions, but when it comes to operating on folders, DOS doesn't have many built-in commands! Please give me some guidance, experts!

Use arrtib +(-)r +(-)h +(-)s 文件名 to modify a folder's attributes. Use MOVE to move folders and files.

I know the command mentioned by the poster above. Under the current path where the file is located, you can directly type the filename to modify the file, but nowhere in any documentation did anyone explain that to modify a folder you have to type out the full path where that folder is located, so I had to fumble around on my own for quite a while. Also, it seems MOVE can only change the folder name, and can't actually move a folder's location the way it can move a file! Maybe I still don't know how to use it—who can explain it in detail?
