In the past, the ROM-DOS 7.10 boot disk always couldn't provide UMB upper memory because it lacked ROM-DOS's own EMM386.EXE and UMBLINK.EXE programs, which resulted in less conventional memory. Today I finally found these EMM386.EXE and UMBLINK.EXE files. Although they are the ROM-DOS 6.22 version, they can also be used in ROM-DOS 7.10. Uploading them here now:
