Today, on one computer, FOXMAIL showed the following message when receiving mail:
can not open socket
winsock error address family not support by protocol
After that it just kept receiving mail and could never finish downloading it. At the same time it also couldn't send mail either; as soon as I clicked, this dialog box would appear. What is causing this?
What I've tried:
I uninstalled FOXMAIL and reinstalled it, but that didn't solve it! I also created a new account on the server, and that didn't solve it either. What is the reason for this? Please help with a solution. THS!

TCP/IP protocol is not installed (if it is installed, then that means no network card is installed)
If there is no network card, then use the virtual network card driver that comes with Windows

ps: it could also be that wsock32.dll is damaged
Somehow somewhere I've got to choose.
No matter if it is win or lose.
