BIN and ISO are both fine, but I really have no way to deal with IMG.
Here's the situation: I'm using a laptop, and it doesn't have a floppy drive.
Yesterday I virtualized a PC; it can boot from CD, but CD support for IMG is poor.
I tried using WinISO to convert an IMG format into ISO, but the system doesn't recognize it.
