In an XP system, when using IE to browse the web, before long (not more than ten minutes), a dialog box appears as follows:
“The system is shutting down..................
This shutdown was initiated by NT TUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Time before shutdown: 00:00:60
Message
The REMOTE PROCEDURE CALL(RPC) service terminated unexpectedly, windows must restart.”
I just can't make sense of it, and I've never run into it before. Please advise.
