My XP is dead, but when I installed it I chose NTFS. Now I want to put the stuff I worked so hard to download back onto my USB hard drive, so what should I do??? I downloaded the MS-DOS 7.1 full installation edition, but found that it is in VFD format. Then how should I put it onto a floppy? Please advise!!!

1. Use hdcopy readfromfile writetodisk
2. On someone else's Win98 machine, Start Run sys a: or format a:/s
Use attrib a:\*.* -r -s -h
Then use del a:\*.*
Use undiskp to extract WMM's Dos7.1 to the floppy
3. On someone else's machine, install winimage, open WMM's dos7.1, and writetodisk
These three methods are relatively simple.
