Is there a way to copy a file larger than 1.38MB onto one floppy disk?

Under WINDOWS, it is already a Microsoft-compressed executable file, with several files inside. The smallest is about 1.48M. Now I want to copy it onto one floppy disk. Is there any way to solve this?

Use HD-COPY to format the floppy to a nonstandard format
Somehow somewhere I've got to choose.
No matter if it is win or lose.

There are many special disk formatting tools; you can look for them. Some can format a disk to 2M.
