I made a small program to put on a DOS boot disk. (That is, this software needs to be placed on a bootable DOS boot disk to be used.) I made this floppy into an IMG file. My question is: how can I convert this IMG file into an EXE file? In other words, so that others can extract this archive directly onto a floppy without using HD?

You still have to use WinImage to make it!
The boot disk made by WINRAR or WINZIP can't boot!

The files can be extracted onto the floppy,
but there's no way to extract the boot sector!

If the source disk can boot the computer, use winimg to make the IMG into a self-extracting file, then extract it onto a floppy, and it will be able to boot the computer.
