My impression:
Ghost2003 can create backups to NTFS partitions;
but Ghost7.5 seems not to be able to.

2003 is the personal edition, it does not support networking,
7.5 is the enterprise edition, it supports networking, and can operate on all the machines on the whole network at the same time, automatically assign ip, or change machine names, etc.
That's about all I remember, because in actual use I rarely need networking, so I never really memorized their differences.
