Moderators:
I'd like to ask whether there is any Chinese COM BIOS program (to Chinese-localize the BIOS program in my own machine)?!!
Thanks in advance!!!

This is impossible, unless you develop a whole set yourself. Only MSI ever released a Chinese BIOS. Chinese-localizing it is useless, because the BIOS functions before the operating system on all PCs starts up.

Chinese-localize what!!! BIOS?? What you mean is that CMOS setup program, right?? That actually isn't the BIOS,
but the BIOS setup program.

At the present stage, impossible!!!! The memory needed by a Chinese character support system (260K), and a simplified system (with only font bitmaps)
needs 100K. The FLASH chip for BIOS setup is only 1M (I've heard there are 2M ones, but haven't seen them). The BIOS setup itself
needs 800K~1M, so the space left for developers is too small.
Even top-level developers would find it hard to do.

This kind of thing needs to call memory. Before this, the BIOS has already started, and the memory is already powered on. But the amount
the system can use is too little. So Chinese-localizing it would require the BIOS setup program. It's not impossible, but it would need
hardware manufacturers (such as Lenovo in China) to develop it.
This isn't a project we can develop on our own (for example, adding a hardware module would do it).

But honestly, the meaning isn't that great. There is only that little bit of text content in BIOS setup. Making a hardware module to Chinese-localize
it would increase motherboard cost. Not worth the loss!!!

ASUS, Lenovo, and MSI all have motherboards with Chinese BIOS!
When buying a motherboard, you can just choose one of theirs first!
Isn't that so!

My mistake, my ideas are too old.
Still, it really is something only hardware manufacturers can produce. How big are FLASH chips now?
...Sorry, sorry.

Sorry!
It's all my fault!
I shouldn't have indulged in fantasy,
looks like I'll just have to learn English!
Or make a module myself! ...

I remember there is a program here that can modify the words inside the BIOS program, for example changing to and to . As for changing them to Chinese characters, that depends on your own development:
