Is there any software that can remove Trojans under DOS??

First, run msconfig in Windows and check the contents of autoexec.bat, config.sys, win.ini, system.ini, and startup items. Uncheck any suspicious startup items, note down the filename, then boot into DOS and delete it or rename it.
　　However, this operation requires a certain amount of computer experience, so you can't just delete things casually.
