Japan's two major companies, HONDA and SONY, have each made an advanced robot. Here's an introduction to both, and please choose the one you like best.

HONDA--ASIMO
ASIMO was developed by HONDA over 17 years. This robot can not only walk downstairs, kick a ball, walk, sing, dance, and shake hands with people... etc... if you call its name, it will even turn its head to look at you~ At present, this robot is only leased to companies and exhibitions, and is not sold on the market. Below are pictures of HONDA--ASIMO.

SONY--SDR-4X
SONY has been developing robots for a long time. SDR-4X was announced by SNOY in March 2002, and was improved from the SDR-3X. SDR-4X is much smaller than HONDA--ASIMO. SDR-4X can sing and dance well, kick a ball, get back up by itself after falling down, etc... Almost every movement that HONDA--ASIMO can do, SDR-4X can do too. But SONY's sales approach for SDR-4X is different from HONDA--ASIMO. SNOY plans to mass-produce SDR-4X and sell it on the market, but buying an SDR-4X would cost as much as a luxury sedan.... Below are pictures of SDR-4X.

This is the prototype of the robot housekeeper of the future. It has great potential, but the computer on its back is too big and needs to be made smaller.

TO 红色狂想：HONDA-ASIMO is 120 cm tall, so it's fairly large. That battery on its back, when fully charged, can keep HONDA-ASIMO active for forty to fifty minutes... it can be considered a battery that's "small in size, has high output power, and is durable for long-term use"....

TO 沈浩：That picture you posted isn't from real life anyway, it's just something virtual from a movie.... The two I'm talking about here are both real.......

TO 沈洁：I want that kind of robot too, but it seems there still isn't one in the real world.

TO Dark-Destroy：What I meant is, if its energy system were made smaller, wouldn't that be even better? Then it would really have a humanoid form!
