They are Norton Commander 5.5 with long filename support.
They can't be accessed from here in China.

But the installer clearly says 5.5, and besides, the installation files are all dated 1998, while the install files from my old nc5.0 were dated 1995. Also, I once saw a 1997 version, but as soon as I ran install.exe it crashed.

Can't help it, it always shows NC 5.0, but it's actually NC 5.5.
