I recently installed XP. After deleting the virtual CD-ROM drive, it can't shut down normally, and it also can't restart. The German text under the icons on the desktop is also overlapping and blurry. What should I do?

It can't be helped, operating systems in the Windows NT series are too complicated. If there's a problem and you can't solve it, often the only thing you can do is reinstall.
