Arthritis... I did something similar before, and ended up with arthritis. It even hurt to walk. Later in PE class we had to run, and I ran like crazy, but in the end I did the 60 meters in a bit over 12 seconds, that was really slow. After I finished running I couldn't even stand steady, but that one time actually cured it :）
