I'm learning TC under win2k and don't have a dual-boot setup installed. How can I use Chinese in TC? Is that possible?

You can use CCDOS97, but you have to load it manually in the DOS environment.

It's very much not recommended to write 16-bit programs under win2000 or winxp

The following is a quote from hhhhhh at 2003-8-14 18:56:24:

I agree with hhh, when programming you absolutely must take the programming environment very seriously.

I'm using Windows Server 2003, hehe~ and I'm still using QBASIC 4.5 anyway. And when I enter QBASIC the system automatically prompts something like, "You are using this program under the OS/2 system"...
Somehow somewhere I've got to choose.
No matter if it is win or lose.
