This is bad... I only just found out that the Explorer in Chinese MINWIN32 is just for show. I already burned the disc, and only when I was helping someone back up files did I realize this Explorer can only read; all the other copy and move functions are just decorations. Why is that?

Yes... this is where there's a trade-off. Would you rather have the “File Manager” support Chinese and English long filenames? Or would you rather add copy and move functions? Because the long filename function of FMLFN.DRV has bugs, it has created a situation where you can't have both. If you want copy and move functions without long filename support, download another version of MiniWin 3.2 Chinese edition here:

Hehe, I want both long filename support and copy/move capability too—it looks like I can only wait for Mini WIN9X.
But if I add VC to this disc, then run it in WIN32's DOS mode, would that make both possible at the same time?

Volkov Commander 4.99 certainly can, there won't be this problem, and it can also run in a Win3.x DOS window.
