What language were the various operating commands in the DOS system written in??????

What kind of question is this?
MS-DOS 1.0 was written in assembly code, about 4000 lines or so.

As for the others, I'm not too sure. If we're only talking about external commands, then above 3.3 they should all have been written in C.
(There was definitely assembly too, it was just mixed programming.)
