I don't know whether Wengier's fully Chinese MiniWin3.2 boot disk's io.sys has some bugs with non-standard floppy formats. I extracted pmwin.cab from that disk and made a boot disk myself. Although it can boot, it only has the name of win32, not the reality of win32. It can't even execute the simplest copy command.




Is the original version also like this?

This is not an IO.SYS bug (that IO couldn't possibly have this bug), but a bug in LFNFM.DRV. At present there's nothing that can be done about it, unless long filename support is removed.
