How can I make it shut down automatically?
Sometimes it says it is now safe to turn off your computer—what is that about?
Why is it that under windwos2000, windwosxp, and windwos98 it can't shut down automatically?

There is a problem with your power supply. It does not meet the ATX standard, it's gray-market goods, or... the voltage is unstable, or... ACPI is turned off in the CMOS settings.
Somehow somewhere I've got to choose.
No matter if it is win or lose.

None of those are the problem.
And I know very well that this is a software problem.
After reinstalling the system, it could shut down normally.
Can you say my stuff is gray-market goods?
That it doesn't meet the ATX standard?
Is there anything on the software side that can solve it.
