Yeah, I thought it over carefully. Of course you don't need to upgrade the memory. That kind of memory stick is hard to buy now anyway, and expensive even if you can find it. It uses EDO memory. Also, it's very possible that your hard drive is bad. I don't know how you copied it, but I believe that as long as it's not too serious, it can still be used. Installing Win95 should be possible. You can try the English version of 95 from this site, there shouldn't be any problem. The Chinese version can be installed too.
