I ran into this problem while using it: booting the computer with a WINDOWS98 boot floppy and choosing to load the CD-ROM driver. But when I use DIR to view the CD, I can only see the first-level directories under the root directory; I can't see the subdirectories or the files under them, and I can't enter them. Only a single-disc WINDOWS98 CD can be read. Other CDs won't work. I don't know what the reason is. I tried many computers and it was the same on all of them.
