When booting with MDOS71 it says: Ntldr is missing. How do I fix it? Thanks!

How did you make the boot disk? HD-COPY? WinImage?

You just dragged and dropped it directly, right? And the floppy was formatted under win2000/xp, right?
That won't work. You should use the Disk/Write Disk command to write the disk.

I suggest the moderator make a post about issues related to extracting and put it in the featured section. This kind of question has been answered more than once.

The floppy was formatted in XP, then I used Winimage to write it to the floppy

How exactly do you use the Disk/Write Disk command? Do you run it under DOS?

This command means the one in Winimage. After loading the IMG or IMA file, turn on write protection for the floppy and insert it into the floppy drive, choose the DISK option ------> Write Disk, and then the contents of the IMG file will be written completely to the floppy.

The following is quoted from cn_archer's post at 2003-8-8 12:33:40:

Thanks!

Last time I extracted it to the floppy
