Sorry~ it looks like the homepage only has a standalone download for the WIN version. If you need Open Watcom For DOS, you can only choose the components yourself from that last link and download them~

I have 1.3. FOR DOS is just the BINW directory, right!...
But it seems there isn't a DOS IDE, only the VI editor.. |

Open Watcom For DOS can only be assembled by choosing the downloadable components yourself. That's how I downloaded it. After all, with this kind of open stuff, it includes too many things that aren't useful for yourself.

This software has been around online quite early, but it's not suitable for learning. You can use it to develop software with large memory usage under DOS; it is said that many games were written with it.

Open Watcom can compile any pure DOS program in a Windows environment.
