What tool can compress files into CAB format?
Or rather, how can I add files into the EBD.CAB archive on the Win98 boot disk? Thanks. |

It should be CAB format, right? Use wincab.

The best CAB compression tool is MimarSinan SonicCab, but it's the Windows version.
