Hello everyone, the machine I use at work runs NT. After a long time it gets especially fragmented, which really affects running speed.
NT doesn't come with a defragmenter, and I wanted to download one for NT, but I couldn't install it because I don't have sufficient privileges.
In the end I could only turn to DOS. Fortunately my machine uses FAT, so it can boot to DOS. But in the DOS full edition and boot disk programs here, I can't find the DEFRAG.exe used for defragmenting. Question for all the experts here: who can give me some guidance, and trouble yourselves once to send me a DOS defragmenter (my mailbox is SEAOFSTAR@21CN.COM), and tell me which version it is from. Many thanks!
Thanks a lot from your little brother here!
