This SHSUCDX.EXE file has a lot of problems:
1: If there is no system installed on drive C, then it cannot be loaded no matter what.
2: If you use lh SHSUCDX.EXE /d:cd001, although it can load, under the mem /c command this file cannot be found.
You can only use SHSUCDX.EXE /d:cd001.
3: An image file made with this file can only load if the image file is run by itself. If the image file is added into
an ISO file, then it still cannot always load. It seems that extract has to be run first in autoexec.bat before it can load.
It's simply baffling.
I replaced it with a 16k SHSUCDX.EXE, and then none of the above problems existed.
Also, the xzl in the super universal MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk always has problems too. Sometimes it can run normally, sometimes it's like
an old ox pulling a broken cart, and I thought it had hung.
All of the above problems were found in testing under VPC5.2; in a real environment it is unknown!
