lh doslfn /z:cp936uni.tbl ;Simplified Chinese lh doslfn /z:cp950uni.tbl ;Traditional Chinese lh doslfn /z:cp932uni.tbl ;Japanese lh doslfn /z:cp437uni.tbl ;English Pick one yourself..... The part after the semicolon is a comment It can be loaded in autoexec.bat or from the command line

Even English needs to load fonts! Also, could you explain in a bit more detail how much memory is used when loading different fonts?!

Wengier said to add it like this in config... INSTALLHIGH=DOSLFN.COM /Z:CP936UNI.TBL I usually add it the way ROY said, but the files I copied with XCOPY (the one from win98) became 8.3 format....

That's because Win98's Xcopy doesn't support long filenames! Use the FreeDOS one!

Which DOS are you using? MS-DOS 7.x, or ROM-DOS, or some other DOS?
