copy all the files, then run setup.exe or winnt.exe, haven't you tried that?

Boot from drive A:, load a high-speed disk cache.
Use XXCOPY.EXE to copy in all the files
to the hard disk, then go into the directory
on the drive where all the files are and type:
CD I386
WINNT
Everything OK!....Please wait...!
