It's not a problem with anyone's boot disk, but a problem with the burning method. Flip through the old posts, there were related discussions before.

The simplest way is to write the image file to a floppy disk, and let NERO read the floppy disk!

Use WinImage to convert the .img file to a .ima file, and then when making a bootable disk with NERO, just read this file!

This is probably because the format of the floppy disk image file is incorrect. I have tried it.

Using NERO to burn a DOS boot disk is best done with a floppy disk. Burning with an IMA file is unstable; sometimes you get issues like yours. Or switch to another burning software.

I tried it yesterday. I used winimage to read the contents of the floppy disk and save it as an IMA file, then used NERO to burn it, but it couldn't boot, and it gave the same prompt as you. Then burning with a floppy disk worked. NERO is really bad! (I can use Disc Workshop to burn, and the boot disk can be made into a CMF file and saved on the hard drive)
